Umm. If we want to be true to the book, then Twilight movie is completely way off.

Greene is not as short as Alice should have been, Pattinson don’t look perfect or 17 like Edward should have been, Lutz don’t have curls like Emmett should have been, etc.

If we can cope with all that, why not with Lautner not being tall or bulky enough?

I want Taylor to play Jacob as well. I think it’s very unfair to change the cast now. We already grew to see him as Jacob. If I see another person, I will be disappointed. If it HAS TO BE another person though..it better not be Michael. I will not go into that because I don’t want to offend anyone…but ugh, just not him. I disliked him in Beyond the Break & Bring it On…ugh. If they NEED to change it….I’d much rather see Steven Strait.

3 Words. Keep Taylor Lautner!

He’s Jacob in my eyes, and that’s saying a lot. Because, I don’t think Patiinson makes a good Edward. It’s just my humble opinion though.

Yes, this whole keeping-mum thing is getting on my nerves. As long as one day pass without the role of Jacob Black being confirm, I’m on the edge of my seat.

I desperately want Taylor to stay. I have come to love Jacob over the months and Taylor is just right for the role.

But if he is changed, then NO to Copon. I will rather accept other actors than him. Arrogant person.

i’ve said this many times. TAYLOR SHOULD STAY!!!! he may not look 25 or be tall as hell but ashley greene isn’t exactly 4’11 either. Rob doesn’t look 17 and Kellan doesn’t have curly hair like in the book. Taylor fits Jacob like a glove!!! They all got the parts because they could do the job and Taylor can and will do the job if he’s given the chance!!

ok so im not Team jacob (I love edward) but come on Michael Copon?? he doesnt even look like Taylor. and Taylor is trying really hard to keep this role. and frankly he is perfect for it. and for the height issue, give him stilts. if you can make Brad Pitt go from really old to a sexy young thing im pretty sure we can make talyor look older and taller.and think of it this way, if Taylor gets the role (and i strongly hope so), we will be able to see him without that nasty wig. am i right??

i just dont think Michael Copon should get the role becaause out of all the articles i have read on this subject( which is many) michael comes off as an arrogant, self rightouesc jerk. and nobody wants that.

Okay, I would LOVE Taylor to stay as Jacob. If they change him, I honestly won’t like the character as much as I should, and as much as I grew to like him the second time I read the saga. My reasoning (besides loving Taylor himself) is that if they want this sequel to do as well as the first, they should put a little more money and effort into special effects. They can’t honestly be as stupid as to think they will only need like a 15 million dollar raise on the budget. Use the amount needed to make him seem older. Who’s kidding? Jacob will NOT be 7 foot in the movie, so just as long as he’s tall enough to look down on Edward.

With all that being said, if they MUST replace him, PLEASE get Steven Strait. NOT Michael Copon. I like the actors in Twilight so much because they seem like such nice and genuine people in real life, and this Copon guy, not so much. Not to mention he can’t really act. Taylor Lautner FTW!!! (and if he MUST be replaced, Steven Strait FTW!!!)
