they cankt make twilight into a graphic novel. thats just not right. i mean theykd have to cut down even more than the movie did. guys, thats just too much. thats all

I’m actually making a twilight-comic as a school project. But it’s just for fun,and really short
Anyways, I would buy it if it was made, like by good artists and stuff that would be so much fun, to see the characters, and not just imagine them

I’ve been a longtime fan of mangas, graphic novels, and comics… but really, “Twilight” doesn’t lend itself to becoming a graphic novel.

I mean, look at the interpretation that has been done with the Anita Blake series by Laurell K. Hamilton. The books are interesting and multi-faceted. The comic books are… fairly blah.

Unfortunately, with comics/mangas/graphic novels, the basic storyline has to be pared down even more than in a movie. The fans are already whining over how much of “Twilight” was cut for “Twilight the Movie.” Imagine how much worse it would be with “Twilight the Graphic Novel.”

I say no to the idea of putting “Twilight” into comic book form. I enjoy the novel, and my highly active imagination draws enough pretty pictures for me – pictures that fit MY imaginary “Twilight” cast. I don’t need someone else telling me what these characters look like – already had that done by one group of people, and while I loved their interpretation, I still think mine was better.

I agree. I think it would be cool to have a Twilight Manga. HA my husband would seriously go nuts over that – he’s a huge manga fan and loved the Twilight Saga too. I’ve read Vampire Knight manga, which currently would be the closest thing (sort of) to Twilight as a manga, and it’s pretty good, even lacking the humor. The anime based on the manga is a new favorite of mine.
