TWILIGHT TOUR ROB MOB….CANCELLED IN SF
i WAS there and it wasnt as bad as what this says… IT WAS WORSE. i talked to security after and found out it was horrible. first we had the people who tried to stay in a RV from texas….did they not see that edward was going to be in texas tomorrow? then there was the people forming so early a mom took in to herself to start a list of names and numbering people, which was thorwn out the door since she was not athorized to do so. and then the screaming and running started. people started running towards the front of the mall while a man from hot topic was on a mega phone telling everyone to form A LINE, and then thats when people were screaming and yelling. then two lines were formed which then the police got involved. the two lines were formed into one….then we had to turn into a long double up line so we had to push back the line yet the mob didnt want to move from the front, thats when we found out a purse was stolen, a visa card was stolen,
shoes were being thorwn, parents were yelling, ids were screaming, then the girl got her nose broken. AND THEN thats when we heard there was a little girl stuck in the mob whou couldnt breathe and passed out and the mob wasnt letting the ambulance or ANYONE get to her …NO ONE HELPED HER! so then that was the final straw, but no one left easily. lots waited till the police got involved and told EVERYONE to leave. . . but then the mall finally got open and the running started…the same thing happened at hot topic and a long line formed down the mall to go into hot topic to buy stuff… yet the staff said they were not going to sell those shirts. also shoes were being thorwn and a girls neck was cut up do to peope in the mob trying to pull others back …they pulled on her necklace cutting her neck up.
its insane and im glad it was cancelled. i stood in the line and witnessed the worst of the female fans, and their parents! The mob was mostly full of the younger crowd and guess how many of their parents just stood by watching??? like 40!! just WATCHING! none of the parents helped! i was so disappointed in the fans that didnt listen to simple requests! if they would have listened and their parents were responsible the meet and greet might still be on!

I was utterly disgusted by the lack of any order yesterday. I too was there with my two nieces starting 11:30pm Sunday night to share the love and spirit of the books that comes from TRUE fans getting together to share something special. Yes, there was a GIRL who ran a fan website that took it upon herself to create a list that named the first 500 people that were in line to organize the crowds since it was apparent that the mall was COMPLETELY unprepared for the crowed by placing ONE security guard to govern such a crowd and everything was going fine. Everyone one around got numbers stamped to hold a place in line and the atmosphere was great considering it was freezing out there come about 2:30am. My nieces were number 75 and 76 in line and then the genius that was the security stated that the “list” that was created to stream-line and control a potential chaotic situation was null and void and that is when all hell broke loose. I saw the mob then attack! People were being trampled just to get to the door when things were completely in control to begin with!! I am in no way shape or form blaming SFPD but it could have been handled completely differently. You can’t scream at teenage hormone driven girls that they will be arrested and the fire department will turn the fire hoses on them and expect a correct response from that!! It is just not going to happen. Once that happen everything just went completely out of control. And then to cancel it on top of that…it was not a good day for Twilight fans. I took my niece’s home completely heartbroken only to hear hours later that not only is the event back on but it is already sold out!! I believe that was a complete slap in the face to the people who were peacefully in line a whole day in advance trying to get their dreams fulfilled. There was a lady that was allowed in the mall that early morning, allowed to purchase her ticket and then was told that it was not valid. Later when I took my nieces BACK out there for the Q&A (that was also canceled once we got back out there!!) that lady was still there fighting to get her granddaughter in there but was being told she was not allowed back in! Luckily Robert was gracious enough to step outside the store at the end of it all and see all the poor people who were screwed from the beginning, not that it excuses the poor planning on the malls part but at least it takes some of the pain away. Hopefully other cities learn something from this and don’t let the same mistake happen again!!

rob most feel really bad cause one day he’s in chicago the next in dallas it’s not healthy to be traveling a lot with not propore sleep you all ahould be ashamed of your self’s for not giving the poor guy a break he deserves to live a normal life but GIRLS LIKE YOU GUYS MAKE IT IMPOSSIBLE!!!!!!! you all should be ashamed of yourself for being boy crazy or as i would say robert crazy face the truth he’s a nice guy but you will never get or win a date with him nomatter how much you try (HINT: THIS IS WHERE YOU START TO CRY)
