Additionally Cafepress questioned our Bella/Edward image in July 2008 and the Bella/Edward logo was unavailable for two weeks until we proved that we had permission. 

We support Cafepress’ clearly stated terms of use policy and have not in any way violated it. When there was a misperception of copyright violation we proved our case. We respect the rights of intellectual property owners to maintain their rights ( just ask the Coca Cola company what happens when you don’t do that), and Cafepress to protect itself as an business and not allow itself to be a conveyance for copyright infringement.

So sorry to disappoint anyone looking to make something out of nothing, but this site actually has been in compliance with law.  It’s also why we don’t run scanned photos or articles without permission of the publisher, give links to illegal downloads, etc.
