I think they are filming flashes of the cullens becoming vampires… at least edward…and Jacob at prom bodes well for a New Moon sequel!

First of all, I’m irritated that they weren’t going to include Jacob in the prom scene, but I’m glad they’re now reshooting this part. I’m so freaking psyched that they’re adding extra scenes! This movie is going to be GLORIOUS! I can’t wait!!!!
Did anyone else find it hysterical that MTV said at the bottom of the article “we’re not just giving you your Twi-crack early – come back Tuesday morning for the usual scoop etc. etc.” LOL!!! Twi-Crack! I love it! That is immediately going into my vernacular.

Hmmmm, I’m really curious? I’ve been trying to think what it would be about with the four of them? I am wondering if it is more than one scene? He would’nt give everything away. I wonder if Stephenie had some say so too?

I am 98% sure that it is Emmett getting changed…1) it is a flashback 2) it involves Carlisle, Edward, Rosalie, Emmett 3) Kellen likes the wardrobe 4) it gives more background info about the Cullens….idk that is what I got out of it all. Any other theories?

So…who else is pretty sure that the whole ‘wardrobe’ mention was a big hint? Haha. I definitely do. I’m pretty positive they’re doing flashbacks for some of the Cullens. They’re obviously saving Jasper for New Moon like their supposed to (Another reason I think this means that there’s definitely gonna be a NM movie) and Alice doesn’t remember what happened.

Yup, they are doing New Moon. They are going to start shooting in January 2009. I suspect they will do Eclipse right after that.

I’m glad that they’re going and adding things to the movie. It’ll make it more well-rounded, because it makes me mad that they didn’t even film Jacob in the Prom scene, when that was an important part.

I bet the reason Jacob was not at the original PROM scene was because he needed to “bulk up” a little and now that he’s bigger they will shoot the prom scene when Bella notices how he’s grown!

some one already said it, but i hope that its Emmett and the Bear! that was my favorite outtake from Twilight and I LOVE that story! How cool would it be if they had that! It has Edward, Carlisle, Rose and Emmett. Oh man! That would rock

Personally, I think the “flash back” scene will be of the Cullens making the treaty with the werewolves. It fits, because Alice and Jasper weren’t with the Cullens at that time.
ahh im really concerned with the hair/makeup. because kelan, peter, robert, and nikki look REALY different now. their hair color completely changed…kelan is back to blonde, peter, nikki and rob are now back to brown, so do they all have to re-dye it? blah. i hope its not noticeable in the movie.
but im sure taylor still looks the same.

I bet the added flashback scene is the original treaty with the Quileutes. If it is the treaty, coupled with Jake’s appearance at the prom, it makes me think that they’re laying a bigger foundation for New Moon. Based on the rumors that have popped up today, it sounds like they’ve got a tentative greenlight for NM, and these additional scenes would set up the wolves’ story better for the next movie.
