THANK YOU for posting this!!! i was really getting annoyed of the whole "Twilight vs. HP war". IT seemed like it was impossible to like both. but its not.. HP was the book that really got me hooked on reading and Twilight made me like reading even more. if not for Harry Potter, I wouldn't have read Twilight. the only reason i bought TWilight was becasue i had nothing to read after i finished Deathly Hallows ( i didnt know at the time that it was so awesome!). But, what i dont get is why people think you cant be a fan of both books... Becasue i know a ton of people (myself included) who like both series. Muggles, vampires, wizards, and werewolfs are all equally aweome to me!! Once again, THANK YOU for posting this!! ... oh, and thanks for mentioning Gossip Girl, Princess Diaries, And The Sisterhood of Traveling Pants. You have no IDEA how happy I am to be sucked into such awesome books. Really, I can't wait for midnight sun to come out, though, I will miss the two other sagas. The potter books are amazing! As are the Twilight books and I am really sad to see the saga has drawn to a close. I will read more books if there are any more on Jacob, Bella, Edward or really, basicly, any charictar from any of the books that have passed.
