Thanks to the NY Daily News, the Twilight Lexicon was granted two pictures used in Vanity Fair’s spread featuring Kristen Stewart. The NY Daily News is running an article today about Kristen being on the cover of Vanity Fair’s August Issue featured as one of the up and coming IT girls in Hollywood.

I just saw a clip of Kristen and the other three girls on E! She looked really beautiful!
I can’t believe they didn’t put Twilight as an upcomming film that Kristen is going to be in! I loved her answers to their questions though! I love The Beatles and Converse! She is awesome!
Her boyfriend is majorly cute. Although i feel sorry for Rob. DONT WORRY WE LOVE YOU aND WOULD MARRY YOU IN A HEARTBEAT…or well…in your case…a…ugh….uhmm…blink of the eye. yea that’ll work.

I like Kristen because she isn’t like other bubbly air-headed actresses. Her grimaces and shy behavior just proves she isn’t a person who enjoys all the attention. You need to value her acting skills instead of focusing on superficial things.
I enjoy Vanity Fair
I get it every month. I’m a little sad that they didn’t mention Twilight as one of her future movies.
Saiyachick, that’s exactly why I admire her. She’s a good actress that *won’t* end up like Lindsay Lohan, all tangled up in drugs and such. She’s an actress we can trust, you know? She’s just fantastic. SO down to earth, and doesn’t try to impress anyone or act like somebody different from who she is. People have said that she’s a b****, but like you said, it’s because she isn’t like other bubbly air-headed actresses (I’d like to name a few, but people would get angry…).

She’s so pretty
Out of all the things they were asked, Kristen’s answers were the best. She’s way more ‘normal’ then the other actresses in Hollywood. I think that’s what I like best about her: she’s human.
It doesn’t seem like Kristen to answer “My Boyfriend!” to a celebrity crush question. She seems like a very private person.
But I love her. She may not be how Bella was in my mind, but I think she is a great actress. I love what she’s brought to it (what I’ve seen) and I’m sure I’m going to enjoy the movie – just on it’s own terms.

I think she looks gorgeous in the cover shot. Classic beauty with a little bit of a quirk. And her down to earth answers in the interview make me like her 10 times more!
Very lovely photos indeed, it just doesn’t look like Kristen to me… I mean, I think she’s very feminine, but in her own way, not at all gigly and trying to be pretty… I love the way she dresses for special occasions, I somehow cannot see her wear a romantic dress like that…
As for her answers, they’re great!! She just seems such a down-to-Earth kinda girl. I like the music she has on her iPod and absolutely adore the “I’m the night person. I mean, look at me.” It’s hilarious, but I never pictured her being this wild party girl…
Anyways, I love Kristen and am sure she’ll be the perfect Bella!

I’m glad Kristen is like any other girl and very talented at that, she doesn’t need scandals to keep her famous. I’m pretty sure Vanity Fair will have a special issue on Twilight, remenber they did one for Harry Potter. So maybe the next time we will see Kristen and Rob on the cover.

I think Kristen looks very pretty…and she is the perfect role for Bella. I think Taylor Laurent is the only person that can pull of playing Jacob and no one else. (Thats my opinion)
i commented on this yesterday when i read the news related to the vf spot, but i think it is worth repeating. kristen presents herself as mature, wise, and sort of an old soul. this is incredibly appropriate to bella’s character. for all you haters out there –
– i hope and honestly think that this will translate over to kristen’s portrayal of bella. even stephenie said she was excited about kristen filling this role. we need to have some faith in the people who make a living casting people in the appropriate roles! (except for whoever cast michael gambon as dumbledore. blek.)
Kristen is beautiful and obviously has her head on very well and knows whatshe wants out of life. I can never see her as one of those celebrities that starts to go way down hill like Britany spears or Lindsay Lohan and stuff.

The reason that Twilight wasn’t mentioned is because those other movies are coming out way sooner than Twilight. You have to remember, to the actors, Twilight isn’t as huge as it is to us, so they’re not going to give it special attention over the other movies they’re making.
Kristen Stewart is amazing. I glad that she was on the cover of Vanity Fair. I glad shes not like most of the other celebrities in hollywood. she is just who she is. She looks so pretty. I have to 2 buy this mag. I can’t wait for the twilight to come out. the cast rox!

This is great. Hopefully most of these actors and actresses won’t end up like some of the people on the 2003 list (you know who I’m talking about). Kristen seems to have a bright future, so this is great for her. And her answer of Converses is pretty funny (even if Christian Louboutin has adorable shoes- at a CRAZY price tag). She seems down to earth and sweet so great for her. Hopefully she will stay that way as her Hollywood life grows.
