Its day 10 of our count down till the release of the first chapter of Breaking dawn in the Special Edition of Eclipse.  The very last day!   Today we are featuring a theory that envelopes every aspect of this site.  The theory that keeps us up late posting and chatting.  The the theory that wonders…

Bella will get changed eventually. I liked when people said that they thought it was going to be a life or death thing with her because I also think that she will be dying when she is changed.

We have updated our Official movie page to include the official synopsis as well as a high resolution version of the movie poster and the trailer.

The awesomely talented Sullingonsquam/Imstillwandering has updated her blog today.  You can now go read for yourself all about Movie budgets and to go along with our Wyck interview…the INSIDE SCOOP on what really happened to Eragon!!!

And last but certainly not least, the villian we all love. Edi Gathegi (aka Laurent) has updated his blog announcing his newest film project!  He is staring in the movie My Bloody Valentine.  Pop on over to Edi’s blog and show him some legendary Twilight Fan support!

What is a producer?  According to The Producers Guild: "A movie producer initiates, coordinates, supervises and controls, either on his own authority, or subject to the authority of an employer, all aspects of the motion-picture and/or television production process, including creative, financial, technological and administrative. A Producer is involved throughout all phases of production from inception to completion, including coordination, supervision and control of all other talents and crafts, subject to the provisions of their collective bargaining agreements and personal service contracts."

So who is Wyck Godfrey?  He is one of the three men (Greg Mooradian, Wyck Godfrey, and Mark Morgan) who produce the Twilight film.  We had the opportunity to meet Wyck on our trip to the set of the film this past April.  He shared many things with us about his experience on this film an many others.  In one conversation Wyck was kind enough to share a story about the scene they had shot the night before, the scene we commonly refer to as…The Meadow.

The day had been rainy and throughout most of the rehearsals it poured.  Wyck had been hoping for just a small enough break in the weather so that they could get the shot.   The shot we are all waiting for, when Edward reveals himself to Bella in the sunlight.  As the day wore on it seemed that all hope was lost as there seemed to be no end in sight to the rain.  And then as if by divine intervention at approximately 6pm the rain slowed, the clouds parted and the sun broke through, down on the meadow and Edward in all their glory .  The shot worked out perfectly with even the sun playing its role. 

The Twilight Lexicon is now pleased to present.  An on-set Twilight interview with Producer Wyck Godfrey.

Thank you Wyck for not only sharing your thoughts with us on the movie, but for working so diligently to stay true to the story we all love.  This is a producer who is fully committed to telling the visual story of Twilight.  We are lucky to have him overseeing the project.

On pg. 418 (hardcover) Edward tells Bella that the PRIME candidates for Emby’s father are Quil Ateara Sr., Joshua Uley, or Billy Black. He says PRIME – that means there are other possibilities.

On pg. 118 (hardcover) Jacob is telling Bella about when Sam changed the first time. After Sam had phased back to human he met Mr. Ateara and shook hands. Mr. Ateara realized what was happening and went to the elders. Then Jake says, "They were the only ones left who still knew, who remembered. Mr. Ateara, Billy and Harry had actually seen their grandfathers make the change."

If they saw their grandfathers change (phase) that means their grandfathers weren’t aging. So their grandfathers could be physically the same age as them or possibly just a little older. So, one of the grandfathers (Levi Uley, Ephriam Black and Quil Ateara) could have been Embry’s father.

MTV has heard your cries and answered in a most spectactular fashion!  International Twilight fans will be treated to the Twilight scene! 

Barnes and Noble has a video interview with Stephenie Meyer, and they discuss their midnight release theme for Breaking Dawn. Their stores are planning prom themes.

Twilight gets some love from Poland!  (A shout out to our readers from Poland!)

The Twilight Lexicon welcome’s its newest foriegn affiliate.  Twilight Portugal.

And finally.  It has come to my attention that Edi Gathegi (cast as Laurent in the Twilight film) could use some more fan love on his MySpace page.  Is this acceptable Twilight fans?  I say Not!  Lets go send this awesome Nomadic Vampire a comment on his MySpace page, and add him to your friends list!

Jaen sent us some fun pictures from the recent San Diego signing.  Here is what she had to say:

My name is Jaen  and I just thought I’d share with you some pictures I took at the San Diego Signing last May 23rd and some other cool tidbits I experienced while I was there.

I was not able to get to the venue until 7:00 so I missed out on the fun charades, etc that was happening beforehand. I did however take some pictures a couple of minutes before Stephenie came out, while she was talking, and while waiting for my number (#797) to be called.

Some cool tidbits for all of you:

1) While trying to find the venue, a group of adults from another ballroom were curious as to the hoards of people coming in for the signing and why the excitement. They were really interested in who all these people were coming for and they thought it was an actor/actress! We had to tell them it was actually an author and they were really surprised at the sheer devotion they saw in all the people that passed by! They haven’t seen anything like it!

2) Walking around the ballroom taking pictures, I noticed some parents and teens looking at my shirt. One girl (Sorry! I should have asked for her name!) actually came up to me and asked if I worked for the Lexicon. I simply stated I was an avid fan and only wanted to represent. She wanted me to pass on to the Lexicon a sincere and large THANK YOU for everything you do. She logs on everyday to the Lexicon for her daily Twilight news and really can’t do without it. So THANK YOU LEXICON!
