Stephenie Updates Her Website

Stephenie is certainly revving up for the Host release just 5 days away now. Her website has been updated with links to a bunch of reviews for the book. Some have previously been reported here, but others are new so be sure to check them out!. Also check out this review and this coupon.
Also, Stephenie will be making a variety of TV appearances during The Host Tour. First up is a spot on CNN. According to Seth *waves hi to Seth*, Stephenie’s webmaster and brother, "You can watch Stephenie on The Glenn Beck Show on Tuesday, May 6th for the release of The Host. Glenn Beck’s show airs three times a day on CNN Headline News — check your local listings."
We also know that Stephenie will be appearing on a Salt Lake City based TV program during her Utah leg of her tour. We’ll try to have a master list of Stephenie’s media appearances up ASAP so you can all set your TIVOs, digital recorders, or plain old VCRs!

My friend works at a bookshop and they are already selling it there. I live in Australia as well. She did really enjoy the book tho!
My mom sometimes watches Glenn Beck, now I’ll have to remind her about it! My uncle also watches it, and I’ve been telling him about Twilight non-stop, so I’ll probably be getting a phone call that night saying, “Hey, that mormon vampire author is on tv.” That’s what he calls her.

Can’t wait for the Host!! Preordered and everything. I’ll have it done in 1 DAY hands down. I am the fastest reader ever, and this book will keep me going throughout the whole storyline! I love Stephenie’s work.

Yay coupon! I just bough Wuthering Heights with the extra money I now have. I just got my name put down at Borders twenty minutes ago for The Host because the lady who works there asked me if I needed any help and I said no then she asked if I had heard of The Host (had to hold laughter back there) before I could answer she started talking about it. But she said I can’t exactly remember what it’s about and I half wanted to tell her but I held in. Apparently I looked like I knew becasue she asked if I had heard of it again and I said yes. Then she asked is I preordered if and after saying no she said I should because they were anticipating a possible sell out (yay). So I did and then when I was going to buy my books they had a Host sign next to a lot of Twilight Saga books that were laying on and around the boxes that the Host came in and they were all marked DO NOT SELL OR DISPLAY TIL MAY 6. Lol that was a longer story then anticipated, sorry I’m done now.

Yay She’s coming to Salt Lake!
I don’t know if I’ll jump on the Host as soon as its released but I’ll probably buy it and read it this summer (Theres no way ill find any book written by Stephenie Meyer at the library with out a 2 year wait, and as soon as i read it I’ll probably buy it anyway) I wasn’t crazy about the chapters she put online but hey, she wrote twilight.
For those of you who’ve read it please tell me (with out spoiling anything) if it gets better than the stuff online. Knowing Stephenie wrote Twilight it most likely will be amazing but it would help me decide if I will buy it the day it comes out.

Hey there was an article on Stephenie in this weeks Entertainment weekly. PG. 68 (like 3 pages from the end) Just thought you would like to know.
The show is called Glenn Beck. I looked up The Glenn Beck show since that what was on the Lex and nothing showed up. Then I looked a little harder and I found it!!!!!!! Thank god!

weird though, the host’s been out here in the phil since last week? i’m midway now… id hate to spoil it, but i was surprised to see in stephenie’s site that it’s goint to be released two days from now, while my sis is close to finishing it already. stephenie should probably check with her distributors here in the philippines, but then i feel lucky they got it out early here!
OH MY GOD!!!!!!!!!!! i just finished it a few minutes ago!!! the host was the BOMB!!!!! it reminded me of the twilight series a little hahaha!! it’s a really great book!!!! another big one for stephenie!!! im from the philippines by the way and i was so surprised to find it in the bookstore when it wasn’t even may!! i bought it right away!!! people who aren’t interested in reading this book are missing half their lives here!!! i couldn’t reading the pages over and over again!!!!! *sighs*

I found The Host at QFC in Seattle this evening (May 3) which I found quite strange since I thought it wasn’t supposed to be released until Tuesday.
