Oh, by the way, this is Portland in winter and early spring you guys are all hearing about. This place is LOVELY in the summer! It’s just as green, but the sun is always out and it actually gets really hot (though, everyone who gets 80 degree weather all year long might think it’s only warm…)

Try to come back in the summer and you’ll have a whole new perspective! The falls are definitely more enjoyable when the wind isn’t making your eyes water and you don’t have to wear a puffy coat.

I LOVE living in Portland! This is so cool. I didn’t actually get the opportunity to be an extra – I was called twice, but once I couldn’t be available and they never actually hired me the second time – but it is still so amazing to have this movie filmed in the place I live! I mean, so many people are coming out here to visit and see all these beautiful places, but I can do it anytime I want! (Not to brag, haha). I’ve visited everywhere in the video (besides the Viewpoint Inn) multiple times and it’s still “breathtaking” every time. I am even more proud to live here with this amazing movie being filmed! Yay!

yeah we have that too. and lots of ocean. except its not Oregon. really really northern California. it rains a lot but its really pretty when the sun is out and the skies are cloudless. i love it where i live. theres less city but its a good trade.

Great video!! I am so excited! My hubby and I planned our annual trip this year to the Columbia River Gorge!!! So we will be heading there in June and I can’t wait! I was excited before, but now I can’t even describe!!!!! Heehee!
