Folks I want to quash something right now. Stephenie has NOT signed over any of the books other than Twilight. This was verified by Stephenie in Germany, as well as being verified by Stephenie’s publicist TODAY.
According to the Summit Office PR office, in other words the official people in the main headquarters who are the keeper of legal contracts, any rumors that state another movie is shooting earlier rather than later is "completely untrue". They are mystified how anyone on set could possibly state such a thing.

Yay! i love the pics. the funny thing is, is that even if the movie is bad, we will all watch it a million times until we have memorized it then go out the day it comes onto dvd and buy it.

i have a question. i don’t think anyone will be able to answer but just out of curiosity, how many people want it to follow EXACTLY like the books? quotes and all? i want it to follow as closely as possible, but i won’t mind if they tweek it a bit.
For example. (don’t hate me) but my fav characters are and will always be Emmett and Rosalie. I just love them. they’re cute together and they’re my favorite couple. But Rosalie says ONE thing throughout the Twilight book. (page 401) Edward tells Rosalie to take bella upstairs and trade clothes. she responds with “Why should I?”
I hope they give them all more lines. anyone else agree?

i actually kinda don’t want them to follow the book word for word/ scene for scene.
its refreshing to see new stuff. new interpretations. we already have the book, so to have something new is nice. such as them doing the same crash scene in the book, but making edward leave. it still makes sense. and its kinda cool to see something different.

I mean, on the best quotes that I love, like the ones in the meadow, I’d like that word for word, with a few tweeks.
Scene by scene would be nice.
I would like to see new too. I mean, keep the same story line, add a few scenes that are new would be cool. On some scenes, keep some word for word. Others, tweek it.

i’m glad you all agree. like i said, i love Emmett and Rosalie. Emmett is way more conversational than Rosalie is and how stupid would it be if an actor only had 1 line throughout the entire movie. hopefully the director/screenwriter realized this and gave her more to say.

okay..i’m sad. i looked up flights to portland today. by the way i live in ATLANTA, so to fly out tomorrow i would’ve had to pay over $1000. but i thought it was worth it…my small back account however did not. haha
they said the script is different from the book. which i’m glad, b/c i wouldn’t want to go into the theater expecting and knowing everything that’s going to happen. i LOVE twilight surprises and we just get more of them with the movie! it’ll all work out. Rob could just stand there for an hour and a half and be silent and wearing a pototo sack and i would still go see it and love it. HAHA
yes…80′s shades are so hot on Rob. what is up with the throwback to the 80s? from his shoes, to his shades, to his awesome black tight pants. *sigh* *giggle*

It looks like they are making the movie very contempory, and right now is pretty much a throw back to the 80′s! They could all walk into the local high school here and fit right in!
As much as I love the book, an exact recreation of it onto the big screen would be very boring. Almost all movies show us several points of view. I get the impression the scenes that are being added is stuff that happened, it’s just that Bella wasn’t there, so she didn’t tell us about it. What is more interesting, Edward telling Bella that he crept into her room at night while she slept, or watching Edward sneak into her room!
Oooh! rhtac! Your right! I want to see Edward sneek into her room!
And Christina Nicole, I would watch Rob stand in a potato sack for an hour and a half with you!
Haha I think Edwards wardrobe in the film is awesome! From the shades, to the skinny black jeans. I love it all. Can’t wait to see more photos!
I am excited that Stephenie spent some time with Rob explaining Edward. I am looking forward to seeing some of “Edward’s perspective” in the movie. Maybe we will get a bit of insight before we get to read Midnight Sun.

I think both would be quite interesting. I think the thing that would be most interesting would be a combo of the two. Like, Edward sneaking into her room one night. Bella wakes up, sees him there, and then Edward tells her that he creeps into her room a lot at night.
Now that would be different than the book. :]
